DEBBIE TRASK (CFHRINZ)

Debbie is an experienced consultant in designing, marketing and delivering Human Resource solutions to both private and public sector organisations.

In addition to previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager in a large multi-national corporate, Debbie has over twenty years’ experience as a Human Resources Consultant, specialising in the areas of Industrial Relations including high level Employment Investigations, Performance Management, Conflict Resolution and Management and Career Development.

Debbie has achieved Chartered Fellow Membership with the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (CFHRINZ), is a qualified Mediator with Professional Membership with the Resolution Institute of New Zealand, is accredited in Targeted Selection Interviewing and is a qualified administrator for Hogan, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Jung and SafeSelect Psychometric Assessments.

Debbie is also a CIMS (Coordinated Incident Management System) Accredited Trauma Responder, including Professional Membership with CIMA (Crisis Intervention Management Australasia).

Debbie is supported by a national team of Senior Career and Human Resource Consultants based in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
