
Team Dynamics
We have designed a programme that enables participants to identify and understand how different working and communication styles impact and influence team culture and performance.
The key objective is to provide effective tools and strategies to facilitate professional and collaborative working relationships.
The programme includes an introduction to effective communication, including conflict resolution and is facilitated in an informal and light-hearted style to ensure that participants enjoy the time as well as obtain useful tools and strategies to actively contribute to a positive working environment.
Content and duration can be customised to work to resolving specific issues within the team and the programme can include the provision of a Team Conduct Agreement, Moving Forward Strategy and/or Open Plan Etiquette Agreement if desired.
