You’re welcome to bring your lunch to munch on during the session. If you would like a spa please bring your togs, towels will be provided.
No doubt we’ve all heard about the new buzz word – “mindfulness” – but here’s the thing, it’s not new, the fact is that highly resilient, optimistic people practice mindfulness without consciously realising it. They live in the moment and appreciate what’s in that moment.
We have designed a two (2) hour session tailored for women and delivered in a confidential, private home environment where you can talk and share with other like-minded women and learn new strategies for increasing your physical and emotional wellbeing.

- The role of personal accountability
- Lifestyle Priority Assessment
- Creating life-work boundaries
- Definitions and reactions: acute and cumulative stress
- The warning signs of stress
- Recognising symptoms of stress
- Understanding the traits of resilience
- Key strategies for managing stress and building resilience
- Key factors for wellbeing
Cost: $380.00+GST per person *
- Two (2) hour session for a maximum of six (6) participants
- Comprehensive resource kit
- A relaxing soak in our onsite spa for 30 minutes after the session with a glass of bubbles (water or wine available)
